On a schedule

A lawn that stays looking cared for

Lawn maintenance is the recurring work. Once you approve the estimate, it goes on an ongoing schedule, so you don't have to book each visit.

How often we come

How often a lawn needs a visit depends on the lawn — how fast it's growing, how much of the property is turf, and how sharp you want the edges kept in between. We work that out with you when we look at the property, rather than putting you on a fixed plan before we've seen it.

Aeration and shrub trimming

Aeration and shrub trimming aren't every-visit work. They're seasonal, and they can sit inside a maintenance schedule or be booked on their own — whichever suits the yard.

Who we look after

We work for homeowners, small HOAs, property managers and small businesses. Recurring maintenance suits all of them; what changes between them is the scope, not the work.
